VorTraum
Born from getting up every evening to skip an intro. Start one program on the PC, open the link it prints on your phone once, and the phone becomes a trackpad, a volume knob, a row of playback buttons and a power switch. It never leaves your Wi-Fi.
what it does
- A touchpad that accumulates sub-pixel movement and flushes once per frame, so it feels close to a real one.
- Play, pause, skip five seconds, next episode, skip intro.
- One tap to open Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Twitch or Crunchyroll on the PC.
- Volume that reads the machine’s real level, and speeds up when you hold the button.
- Shutdown behind a confirmation, because it has already been pressed by accident.
log
- Started VorTraum, after one too many trips to the laptop to skip an intro.
